Cycle Works provides bicycle safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair, subject to inspection of the bicycle and its condition. Any scope stated before inspection is preliminary only, and the final scope depends on the findings made at intake or during mechanical inspection.
Operational conditions are organized below as active clause records for use, payment, service scope, and cancellation handling. For assistance on account-specific questions, contact Contact.
Charges are based on the condition of the bicycle, the parts required, and the scope of work confirmed after inspection. Where additional work is identified, it will be carried out only after approval, and any deposit or payment request will be communicated in connection with the confirmed service arrangement.
Turnaround estimates are indicative only and may change if parts are unavailable, compatibility must be checked, or further work is required. Cycle Works does not guarantee exact replacement parts, brands, colours, or completion timing until the relevant checks and confirmations have been made.
All website content, including text, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cycle Works and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law. No rights are granted by implication, and any third-party names or marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Services are provided with reasonable care, but no inspection, adjustment, or repair can guarantee that a bicycle is completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition. To the extent permitted by law, Cycle Works is not responsible for indirect loss, consequential loss, or damage arising from use of the bicycle after service.
The following docket presents two operative clause summaries for review, reference, and downstream notice handling. Each clause is paired with its supporting document record for formal reading.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and disputes shall be handled in the competent courts having jurisdiction over the service location, unless a different process is required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Cycle Works may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Questions about these Terms or about a service inquiry may be raised through the contact methods shown on the website, and the current version will apply from the time it is posted.
